OneFortyOne Plantations is seeking to appoint an experienced logistics and distribution professional with sound knowledge of road freight transport and leading commercial practices. The role will be pivotal to achieving the highest standards of customer satisfaction and optimal financial return.

Key responsibilities:

•  Coordinate supply in a way that achieves a high level of customer satisfaction, optimal financial return, and the best and safest use of scarce resources.

•  Gather accurate and timely intelligence on a complex range of metrics that improves internal processes and contractor performance.

•  Prepare customer orders and align capacity on a monthly and weekly basis to meet those orders.

•  Support the Customer Manager and other stakeholders in a range of initiatives aimed at improving safety, customer service, quality control, systems of work and transport logistics.

•  Monitor and oversee compliance to Chain of Responsibility requirements.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in logistics and supply chain management and hold an appropriate tertiary qualification.
