Continuous Improvement Leader
We have an opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Leader to join the team, based at Wetherill Park.
Reporting to the Site Leader, you will play a pivotal role developing a lean manufacturing culture, through coaching at all levels onsite. In addition you will lead guidance through Lean processes and leadership of the Lion Operational Excellence operating system.
We are looking for someone who can nurture teamwork within all site teams in order to support the SOAP and MEX implementation plan. An analytical undertaking, with TRACC and Lean/Six sigma principles knowledge will put you in good stead to succeed in the role.
A natural communicator, you will drive change by mentoring several internal stakeholders and teams including the Site Leadership Team, Team Members, taskforce, Site Steering Group and Best Practice Team.
