Global Summit on Renewable Energy - 2024

September 16-18, 2024 | Venice, Italy

Renewable energy and energy efficiency investments can produce significant benefits, including lower fuel and electricity costs, increased grid reliability, better air quality and public health, and more job opportunities. Nations across the world are increasingly adopting and updating policies and programs that encourage energy efficiency and renewable energy to achieve their energy, environmental, and economic goals.

Renewable energy solutions are becoming cheaper, more reliable and more efficient every day. Our current reliance on fossil fuels is unsustainable and harmful to the planet, which is why we have to change the way we produce and consume energy. Implementing these new energy solutions as fast as possible is essential to counter climate change, one of the biggest threats to our own survival.

Global Summit on Renewable Energy – GSREN-2024 – which will be held in Venice, Italy from September 16-18, 2024 aims to bring together energy, environmental, and economic policy makers and analysts from across the world to identify and quantify the many benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy to support the development and implementation of cost-effective energy efficiency and renewable energy initiatives. The theme of the conference is Renewable Energy : Trends and Insights for Tomorrow.

This conference will discuss the multiple benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy and explains the value of quantifying these benefits. It also describes tools and resources available for quantifying each type of benefit.

GREC-2023 offers a wonderful opportunity for professionals from industry and academia to share their ideas, knowledge and experiences in the form of discussions, debates, live interactions, workshops, poster presentations and brainstorming sessions.
