About the opportunity

RPV, MTIA is seeking to engage a Project Safety Advisor. This role is responsible for promoting a safe and healthy work culture, and the management of the development, implementation and maintenance of best practice safety management systems, procedures and communications. Workingwith minimal supervision, this position requires solid technical knowledge and experience to engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of key health and safety initiatives and strategies. Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders are vital. Attendance at construction and rail sites will be required, including occasional flexibility in work hours to suit site working schedules.

About you

You will be a highly focused and driven person who is passionate about contributing to the delivery of public infrastructure, working within a high-performing project team to drive exceptional outcomes. You will be a qualified OH&S professional or similar discipline with experience working within large projects. You will enjoy a fast paced, performance focused workplace where you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and develop your career.
