What you need to know...

  • permanent full time -  76 hours per fortnight
  • salary - $57,140 - $68,140 per annum, plus superannuation
  • a 9 day fortnight 
  • location - South Grafton
  • the opportunity to 'purchase' leave

About the role

Our urban forest is made-up of a diverse range of species, planted over a number of historic periods, being interwoven with remnant locally-indigenous trees to create a mosaic of invaluable living assets for our communities. The management of this urban forest over the Clarence Valley local government area is a huge, physically demanding but very rewarding task.

Other important information

This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
