What you need to know...

  • temporary full time - 70 hours per fortnight
  • salary - $686.10 - $1,020.40 per week, plus superannuation
  • a 9 day fortnight
  • location - South Grafton
  • full payment of course fees and other associated costs
  • access to study leave

About the role

Clarence Valley Council is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our Building and Facilities team. The position will assist Building and Facilities operations in providing administrative support with maintenance and construction of Council’s buildings and facilities.

Other important information

This position is located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

Following the period of traineeship, the trainee may be considered for the permanent position of Building & Facilities Officer, subject to meeting the required eligibility criteria.

A probation period applies to this position.
