Organisational Development Talent Specialist 


About the Role

We now have an exceptional opportunity for an Organisational Development Talent Specialist, with sound experience and exposure in specialist HR functions to develop and deploy the Talent Management strategy and framework including identifying talent, developing talent and facilitating succession planning activities, enabling individual and organisational growth, unlocking people potential and facilitating a performance and values driven culture. Flexible working arrangements are available for this opportunity and may suit a job share arrangement.    
In this dynamic role, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Develop, drive and implement the Talent Management Strategy and plan. Maintain the effectiveness and relevancy of the plan to align to business need
  • Manage and improve a comprehensive talent management framework, systems, processes and tools that support talent identification, succession planning, development and high potential management
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to proactively identify and manage talent pools, succession, pipeline and individual and career development
  • Research development initiatives, analyse and provide recommendations that align and progress the execution of the current talent strategy
  • Lead and facilitate Executive Lead Team, functional and business unit talent reviews.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops, sessions and programs to support business leaders to lead and drive change within their area; strengthening organisational performance and cultural goals
About You
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business/HR Management/Organisational Development or related discipline  
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving Talent Management frameworks and business processes
  • Demonstrated ability in designing and deploying talent solutions to build talent bench strength and improve retention of top talent
