You are efficient. Proactive. Honest. You love a challenge and thrive in a tight-knit team. You're safety-oriented (this is important!) and you're pretty handy: you've got a mechanical mindset that makes operating tools, power tools and machinery feel like second nature. Of course, your experience and Cert III in Irrigation will also help.

Working in the Parks and Reserves team as an Irrigation Technician you'll get to see a different side of Bunbury. You'll be the one responsible for irrigation inspections, installations, maintenance and repair to the City's parklands and recreation reserves.

You'll be kept busy assisting our Supervisor Parks and Reserves as you:

• To provide safe, aesthetically pleasing recreational environments and facilities for residents and visitors to the City of Bunbury.
• To undertake irrigation repair and maintenance duties at City of Bunbury parklands and recreation reserves in accordance with service level agreements.
• To contribute as a team member through identification of initiatives to ensure that Open Space maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Assist all other Open Space teams as requested / or as required.
