Our Physical Operations Department is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated Building Maintenance Coordinator to lead our Building Maintenance team, coordinate the maintenance of Council’s building services to maintain continuity of operations and design and implement long term maintenance planning /strategies across a diverse building portfolio
Building Maintenance is a high transaction area that maintains 150 buildings and structures across Council. Therefore, this position will work closely with and provide technical advice to other units and Departments within Assets & Services and other Divisions.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience or qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management or related discipline, be responsive and flexible towards customer service, have experience in change management and have an eye for detail to meet high service standards.
