Moreland City Council is offering a fantastic opportunity for experienced Waste Services Side Loader Driver who enjoys contact with the community and working with a dynamic team who is able to provide excellent customer service and displays a level of maturity and professionalism. 

Key aspects of this role include the completion of daily collection rounds in a timely manner, safe operation of the vehicle, working within a team environment and the ability to work in all weather conditions. The successful candidate will have experience and expertise in operating a Side Loading Collection vehicle, an understanding of current safe working practices and the willingness to work as part of a team to achieve a group task finish.

To be successful in this role, you are required to have a current Victorian Drivers licence with a Heavy Rigid Endorsement, be skilled in the safe and competent operation of a side loading vehicle, able to read and understand route maps and miscellaneous paperwork and the ability to carry out duties and responsibilities in a manner which maintains Council's commitment to quality customer service.
