The role of Zero Harm Advisor will report directly to our Head of Zero Harm team for the Infrastructure and Construction division. This role is a permanent role, based in Sydney. You can expect to be instrumental in helping others deliver our Zero Harm framework and communicate this across this multiple works and service contracts, while influencing our leaders and other safety professionals.
This role has a wide scope, as you will be providing support to the construction and service teams with works underway, plus assisting in the development of SWMS. You will also undertake critical risk observations and deliver tool box meetings alongside providing day to day HSE support. Your ability to engage with our clients, project leads and ensure continuity of our Zero Harm culture will be paramount. This position is based in Sydney, there may be on occasion business travel, so your flexibility, focus and dedication to our business pillars is vital.
Your position will interact with, support and coach, our front line managers and supervisors on site, to help drive a level of accountability and how to implement behavioural change across our extensive operations.
This opportunity would suit an individual from a high risk and blue collar industry who already has a deep understanding of a diverse workforce. Strong experience within the construction industry is highly desirable.
