General Manager Train Service Delivery

We currently have an opportunity for a key senior leadership role as the SEQ General Manager Train Service Delivery. You will have accountability for providing strategic leadership and operational management of traincrew services to deliver best practice resource utilisation through a capable and skilled traincrew workforce meeting planned and unplanned operational service requirements including train crew training and rostering.

Your proven track record in transformational leadership will position you well in this role. You will have a strong commercial mindset, have a deep understanding of rail operations and regulations, be resilient and innovative, and be excellent at managing and influencing stakeholders. You will have proven experience in a complex industrial environment. You will be required to achieve Queensland Rail performance measures, safety responsibilities and continually seek to improve business performance.

Your responsibilities as a key leader in the Citytrain team will include strategically leading operational matters in a dynamic and changing integrated passenger and rail infrastructure environment with a customer centric focus and stakeholder partner approach.
