Murchison Shire is seeking to fill two vacant Plant Operator positions in our Construction and Maintenance Crews, namely, General Plant Operator (Construction) and Maintenance Grader Driver (Maintenance).

Both positions require camping over a nine-day fortnight operation.  An attractive above award salary in the range of $78,000 to $90,000 per annum is on offer, depending on the actual position and qualifications and experience of the applicant.  Additional rent-free housing and other housing support costs associated for use of a Council residence located within the Murchison Settlement is also applicable.

Applicants need to possess suitable heavy machinery licences and have had extensive experience in the operation of heavy construction machinery including substantial experience in road making operations.
